The Study to Explore Early Development (SEED) is one of my recent projects. The purpose of this site was four fold:

• Provide a public presence for information about autism
• Allow potential study applicants to fill in and submit an information form
• Provide a web site for approved study applicants to obtain detailed study information and additional information
• Provide the study staff a GUI interface to manage and report on potential applicants

This project provided the security to meet all requirements for a modern health study web application. See the public site:
