Welcome.

I work at The Carolina Population Center Web Services Team. My main focus is Measure Evaluation.

My job title is Applications Analyst, but my real duties are programming and web development as part of the Information Systems team. Most of my programming these days is in PHP, HTML, and Javascript and most sites I’ve developed have either a MySQL or Oracle database to support it. Check the Projects page to see some recent work.

I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Quantitative Analysis. I’ve worked many years on and off for the DoD, Department of the Army and also many years as an independent consultant doing embedded systems programming up and down the east coast – look for this under Work History.
